Cool. Hopefully this will ensure they stop moving around.

My first trip to the hall was one of the wierdest days around. We went up to sign the condolence book for Greg Moore.

First week of November. We headed out from Windsor to Toronto for the day. As we hit London, the snow starts to come down. A little before Woodstock, I had tried to move into the far left lane to make some room and clear a slow car. Just at that point I lane-changed, we hit a pile of snow and slush that hadn't been cleared on the road. My truck started a slow and deliberate slide into the middle k-rails. I kept the truck pointed straight as best i could while trying to slow down, and told the guys to hang on. We hit the k-rails with the front left tire, and didn't hit any of the bodywork. Got out, checked the tire and truck over, was surprised to see no damage, and decided to carry on.

The Hall was downtown at the time. (was it on Bay maybe?) We got in and checked out the cars, and I remember being damn near tears reading the book to the Moore family.

We finished up there, and walked over to the skydome to have lunch at the hard rock. After lunch we were walking around the skydome to head back to the vehicle, and happened to walk by the entrance to the skydome hotel. As we walk by the hotel, I see a minivan heading toward the entrance, and I say 'that looks like my sister's van' and it actually was. My sister and her family were on a road trip, and were pulling into the hotel to stay a couple nights. In a city as big as TO, what are the odds?

So anyways, we hung out with them at the hotel while they settled in, then headed home from a really wierd day.
