Just a reminder that political discussion or commentary is forbidden here. We made the mistake of letting a comment slide last night thinking that people could show the restraint not to turn a condolence thread into a political debate. Unfortunately we were wrong.
That is why the rule is in place in the first place. Few people seem able to show good judgement or restraint when it comes to political topics. Nothing good ever came of a political discussion on a racing forum. It divides the community and it drives people off. It will not be permitted here.
As a rule we do not edit posts. If you post something outside the rules of the forum you will lose your post entirely. If you post a condolence and you can't restrain yourself from politcial commentary your post will be deleted. If you post a valid point or a funny joke and lace it with political commentary it will be deleted.
We do not notify people when posts are deleted. If you know the rules you know that any such post is at risk from the moment you post it.
