In Memoriam ~ One Year Ago

One year ago Today, Dec 22, 2004, Kenny Ferris and Vitor Pinto of HVM inc. lost their lives in a gruesome accident in Arkansas while returning home with an HVM Showcar from Mexico. They ran into a severe ice storm, and tried to avoid cars stranded on the shoulder. Their F350 Dually and trailer skidded across a median and was t-boned by a Semi.

I only knew them both for a year, but still wanted to remember their lives and their families who are probably suffering through a tough day today on the anniversary of their deaths.

On behalf of the team, We miss you guys. You are not forgetten.

Whats odd is I remember it being a 'few days' before christmas, but didnt recall the exact day.But I was sittin and watchin movies with my kids yesterday, and suddenly got an odd vibe inside me and immediatly thought of them.

I had to look it up online to be sure it was the right day. After confirming it was the right day (and time too), I figured I should share it with the forums after the movie was over.

This team has had some tough times, Ill tell ya.
