will have Villeneuve to kick around next year. BMW has confirmed he has the second seat in '06. (http://www.tsn.ca/auto_racing/news_story.asp?id=145247)

That must be one hell of an iron clad contract. I guess Pollock is good for something. ;)

In celebration of this additional season of enjoyment, we should add some new nicknames to Jesus, Checques, Newtown...

Beat me to it! :D

Jacques had a bad year against Massa, hope he can pull it together and not embarass himself against Heidfeld this year.

He can't get out of 14th place since doing that Renault stint a year ago. It's a sad sorry saga I could never have imagined JV being this slow ten years ago right now. Right about the contract I can't believe they are keeping him....what a terrible shame they couldn't get somebody who's obviously quick like Anthony Davidson, who seems to have fallen off the map of getting signed to a race seat. Sheesh even not raced in 5 years but still quick Wurz would be an improvement.

My take is they were probably stuck with his contract and decided it wasn't worth it to buy him out of it as they don't expect the car to be competitive right away in any case.
