DUI's?

Aaron Fike busted. (http://www.indystar.com/print/articles/7/030628-5007-037.html)

Infiniti Pro Series driver Aaron Fike is sitting out this weekend's event after being arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol last week near his home in Galesburg, Ill.

Fike, 22, also will miss Sunday's U.S. Auto Club midget race in Stockton, Calif., according to his father, Don Fike, who issued the suspension.

"He made a mistake and he needs to learn from it," Don Fike said. "Now we've got to see how he comes back from it."

Fike, who won last year's Pro Series race in Joliet, Ill., was replaced in the Hemelgarn/Johnson Racing car by former Toyota Atlantics race winner Tony Ave.

Ave qualified fifth among the 15 drivers for today's race despite crashing in practice. Panther Racing's Mark Taylor, the winner of the Homestead race, won the pole at 149.91 mph.

I don't know who is worse, the kid for getting a DUI, or the dad for considering letting that dumbass ever get behind the wheel of a race car again.

And how is Tony Ave only 5th on the grid?

Well, wrecking the car before quals didn't help...

And Panther's got the best operation on the IPS grid by two miles.

But he looked pretty good today in his first shot.

Tony Ave has forgotten more about racing than the entire field of junior wankers
