ANN ARBOR (Nov. 14, 2005) -- Football practice in Ann Arbor was delayed on Monday for nearly two hours after quarterback Chad Henne, while on his way to the locker room, happened to look down and notice a suspicious looking, unknown, white powdery substance on the practice field. Head coach Lloyd Carr immediately suspended practice while the FBI was called in to investigate. After a complete field analysis, the FBI determined that the white substance unknown to the players was the goal line. Practice was resumed when the FBI decided that the team would not be likely to encounter the substance again.

BRILLIANT!!!

A Little Self-Deprecating Humor....

A guy walks into a bar with his dog. The bartender tells him "We don't allow pets in here. You're going to have to take him away."

The guy pleads, "He's a really big Illini fan and we don't have anywhere else to watch the game. Please let us stay. I promise he'll behave."

The bartender hesitates, then says, "Ok, but at the first sign of trouble, he's going to have to leave."

So, the man sits down and orders a drink, and the dog curls up at his feet, but keeps his eyes focused on the game, watching every move. Lo and behold, the Illini score a field goal in the 1st quarter and the dog jumps up on his hindlegs, starts barking and hopping around "high 5-ing" people with his paw.

The bartender watches the scene, thoroughly impressed. He asks the dog owner, "Wow! What does he do when they score a touchdown?"

"I don't know. He's only 4 years old."

Meanwhile, I just checked out Ohio State's website ( http://www.osu.edu/athletics/ ) and found this headline:

My favorite parts of that link:

In addition to meeting the admission standards of The Ohio State University, eligible students will have to provide written confirmation of a USGA 18-hole handicap of 10 or better. Students also will be required to complete 16-20 months of internship, divided into three or four segments. As a result, PGM students will receive a very well rounded educational experience at Ohio State.

Institute of higher learning indeed...

I guess you've pretty much figgered out everything about OSU that there is to know. I can assure you there is far more to OSU than the offerings you referenced. Anyway....

I guess if you can't discuss foosball, you just change the subject and bash, eh? Feel free to discuss 'Cooper' Carr's record against ND, OSU, road openers, and bowl games the past 5 years, JB. :gomer:
