This video (http://www.jjhuddle.com/playerfilm/Cancila_Kick___WMV.wmv) is from a Kings Mills vs. Little Miami (Ohio) high school football game.

It's a 47 yard field goal attempt (to tie the school record) by junior placekicker, John Cancila.

Did a little digging and found this:
http://www.kingslocal.k12.oh.us/athletics/Football/g4_05_wrap.htm
"Kicker John Cancila had a rough night. Two point after tries hit the uprights squarely for misses, and he came up short on an attempted 47 yard field goal, as it bounced off the crossbar 3 times [sic] before falling short. "

Wow. With luck like that the Browns should draft that kid straight out of high school.

Except the Browns have one of the top 3 field goal kickers in the NFL.

You have to be when your offense can never make it into the end zone. :D

That video reminds me somehow of a bowling game I had a couple years ago. (I'm in two leagues). I started the game with 7 strikes in a row. My eighth frame was another "pow!" right in the pocket. Left a solid 10 pin. Ended up with a 267.

Another good reason for kickers to use steroids:

Did anyone see the hit that Rod Smart laid on Tampa's punter last weekend?
