Alex Sperafico will replace Ronnie Bremer at HVM.

Break out your Brazilian Portuguese dictionaries...

That last sentence says he is contracted for the remainder of the season.
This sucks beyond words.

Those Speraficos have some serious $$$. Where does their money come from?

Apparently yes, unfortunately.

I thought they owned a cookie company or something.

Anyway, I'd say this isn't that bad since the series at least has Dalziel for the time being.

Is Dalziel in a ride formally or still doing that apprenticeship/consulting thing with PKV?

According to Autosport-Atlas.com, this situation is still somewhat fluid ....

An announcement is expected shortly, but possible replacements include Brazilian Alex Sperafico, who finished 10th at the Canadian street circuit last season for Conquest Racing.

Ex-Minardi driver Nicolas Kiesa has also been linked with the team. Jos Verstappen could also still be in with a chance, having tested for the team in at Sebring in June.

I wasn't sure anything could make me laugh this morning after the horrible news from London but, Chop456, you are a WINNER. THAT was really funny. I hope you get those emails about puns and alternate words meanings because you could probably be a successful contestant.

Anyhoot, my heart dropped when I read the thread title. Wondering if CCWS is trying to strengthen the Brazilian side, now that we've lost any possiblity of an Emmo team. One thing about the Three Amigos, they think long term. Perhaps they are making "suggestions" that will create more interest in our series. ???

I'm just trying to see this is a good light, you understand.

IIRC, one of the Speraficos is pretty talented. Which one was that?

I thought it was the one we got at the beginning of the season. :/

Well we will soon see who is the better driver.
Being with HVM gives Alex the edge before they ever get on the track.

This is Alex's shot at proving himself, he is on a good team and in a good car.

I just wish HVM was better sponsored.......

You can NEVER have enough Speraficos! :gomer:

Well, at least we got Dalziel for the season.

Yep, now we have the Sperifico Shootout to prove which one is the true wanker. Can we vote off the loser? Isn't there a third Sperifico racing somewhere?

The twins (Ricardo and Rodrigo) are pretty decent. Well, at least when they actually trying.

Alex and Rafael have pretty much been garbage outside of BDPS.

Which one is the one who quit Barber Dodge because he shortcut the course in qualifying and had his time disallowed?
