From the track, at the end of Almaden Blvd (Turn 3), it ends at W.Santa Clara Street, (which is where the DeAnza Hotel is). If you go east, (right) up W.Santa Clara street, 2 blocks to N.San Pedro, (take a left), go down the walkway and you will see Old Spaghetti Factory,, just walk right in!!!

Probably won't be at the dinner but I might drop by later that night depending on who's there.

I can probably do the karting if I not busy that night. East Bay traffic is crap during rush hour especially on Fridays so prepare to sit in traffic for at least 10-20 min whether you are taking 880 or 680. They are supposed to have some karting at the track too, so I am sure if LeMans doesn't work out I am sure you can do something at the track when useless crap like Formula Douche is out on track leaving tiremarks everywhere.
