Miller is very serious about making it the one of the best karting tracks in the nation.

As for its ALMS chops how often do you get this from a 4.5 mile track:

"The level of paddock accommodations and service amenities will be among the best in the U.S. for this level of facility. The Miller Motorsports Park is designed to provide some of the best viewing opportunities of any track in the U.S. It has both close-up and full view visibility from the major spectator areas. There will be stadium viewing from five primary spectator zones, or “oasis” areas, around the outside of the course. From these areas spectators will have a close view of significant overtaking/action areas as well as 95% to 100% sight of the entire course."

It has a long straight too, and is wide. Nice place to go get some top speeds.

If you want to go straight & fast the Bonneville Salt Flats are about 45 minutes west......

Looks quite flat, so between that and the lack of trees there should be good sightlines as long as they don't put any buildings in the way (Road America, please make note of this last point).

Also has "highly banked" final turn leading onto the main straight.

25 minutes from Salt Lake City. Would that count as an urban market?

25 minutes from Salt Lake City. Would that count as an urban market?I'm not sure that I would ever use "urban" to describe SLC but there is well over a million people within a 2 hour drive of the track.
