Pipped AJ at the last second. Could be a good lineup for the race. :)

So, Servia 7th...did he just get real good, real fast, or...? (Sorry all I'm doing is remembering the forum fights I had awhile back about how "great" Michel Jourdain was, and how he had finally matured, but nobody wanted to admit that being with Team Rahal just MIGHT have has something to do with it.)

PS...I also like the fact the Jimmy is fastest and shows well on ovals, even as he trashes them and says how dangerous they are... then says ChampCar needs a few more ovals??. I think the short ovals must be OK, but he's willing to have ONE mega 500 miler? I wonder which one?

He started in 11th last year. Not a huge difference IMO.

Fontana? Jimmy has already won a 500 mile race on Memorial Day Weekend. :D

Right. He started 7th and finished 9th in Monterrey.

Servia was doing pretty good last year in the YokeTV Dale Coyne car. Espeically considering it was a Dale Coyne car.

da Matta ran out of fuel on his second lap. Must have been Toyota's fault. :gomer:

He trashes the high banked ovals, not those like here or PIR. I would prefer Fontana.

My Favorite Driver Doesn't Suck!

On the subject of Jimmy and ovals, a few weeks ago I saw the last half of a half hour tourist infomercial about Racing In Wisconsin, (on the Travel channel, I think.) There was a segment on The Mile where RHR and JV were each interviewed, taped within the last few months, both more or less praising The Mile.

Jimmy ain't no oval hater, he's just discerning.
