Brian Vickers spun pole-sitter Mike Bliss just before the start-finish line on the final lap to win the 30-lap Nextel Open at Lowe’s Motor’s Speedway Saturday night.


Just how bad or blatent of a punt will NASCAR allow before it penalizes a driver. Perhaps if someone gets killed from this, they fine the driver $25 grand and dock them 50 pts. :shakehead

I know it's the All-Star Show, but I would've DQ'd Vickers anyway. Look, with yellow flag exceptions, the rules are supposed to be the same. If so, Bliss got screwed.
