Might as well get this one up and running.

For me it's:
Milwaukee for CART.
Chicago for CART. (if it happens)
Cleveland for CART.
Road America for CART. Camping at the Rock.
Mid Ohio for CART. Camping at the track.
Road America for ALMS. Camping at the Rock.
August should be a fun month.

Definately looking forward to getting together with the folks I've met over the last couple of years, and hopefully meeting some more of you.

Surfers. :)

This weekend off to Levels International Raceway to watch the Formula Fords, Trucks and V8s.

Hey, don't laugh, past winners of the NZ Grand Prix (Formula Fords this year) have been Stirling Moss, Jack Brabham, John Surtees, Bruce McLaren (rip), Grahan Hill, Jackie Stewart, Chris Amon, Keke Roseberg and one Roberto Moreno.

Last year in the wet a couple of Yanks came down and stole the show. Some kid, AJ Allmendinger (sp) showed heaps of promise. CART bound I reckon. ;)

Rusty.

Oh Yeah!!

After Last year, when I was sick for the entire weekend after bad Chinese Food on the first night, (I NEVER get sick). I found that I needed to escape the sun occasionally. The only folks afforded that opportunity, and STILL watch the Race were those in the Luxury Seats.
So even though I was in the Gold section, I took the "Move On Up to the East Side"

I have NO plans of getting sick this year, but those Tents, Closed Circuit TV, and food looked pretty good!

Nice to know we'll have company in there devilmaster!! :)

A pattern? Ya the same one as me. I have yet to hit Fontana just because its a pain in the ass drive from where I live in West Los Angeles. As I told Warlock! and Chop456 last year I may hit the USGP again this year but only if the season is much better than last years. Oh and Chop has to bring his wife so my wife doesn't kill me when I break out my "dirty" stories.

Cleveland is a 6 hour drive from downtown Toronto (although I doubt you get July 4th as a holiday up there).

Whatchoo drivin', a Yugo???????????????

I can and have done it in 4.5 flat. Easy, really, unless the Peace Bridge is backed up.

(BTW-Nappy, we get July 1st as a holiday, being three days ahead of ya and all. :p )

Actually I guess I am thinking about going all the way to Bowmanville and having to deal with bad traffic in Toronto.

Now that I've left Chicago for Colorado, it's a bit harder for me to get to RA, Milwaukee, etc. Last year I saw my first street race and my first airport race.

This year, I'll do the home track in Denver and one "fly-away" race or races. Which could be either Laguna Seca--> Portland or Brands Hatch---> Lausitzring. I figure if I'm going to make the trip, might as well pack in two weekends of racing and some travel in between. Either way, I hope to catch two new tracks this season.
