Beyond belief, I was in tears when I read this, on the 60th anniversary of the end of war in Europe. A friend who manages a warbird collector's fleet of WWII fighters and one trainer here in California said their insurance costs since 9/11 have gone from 60,000 for all the airplanes to 160,000.
