Well, there are a few earl drivers who do have some air time experience in an irl chassis and it would certainly give the driver the ability to steer away from the cheese graters.

Can't be. The Moller Skycar can't fly!

Sorta OT - I've seen the Moller skycar a few times now.

He wants his skycar to replace regular cars in the (hopefully, for his bankroll) near future.

Considering the yahoos I see drive every day, and the time it takes to properly learn how to fly a plane...... If this ever gets off the ground (bad pun, i know) I think I'm going to ask to live inside NORAD mountain.

No this will be the new spec - as Yota will be gone - it leaves Homo as the only supplier. They already have fired up their R&D dept and are going to give the Earl exactly what he needs, based on fan counts in the stands x budget per fan.

You know what gets me about this little Honda Blow... (self censor mode!)? It MUST be joke; as if this really were a small single shaft turbine from a helo... Well unless the guy opens the windows (even then) he will evacuate all of the O2 inside the car in about a second or two along with himself as soon as he starts it!

Even with windows open, the guy better have freaking great seat belts and seat bolts and hopefully no rust in the floor pan where the bolts go through!!! One would assume this is where they termed the phrase "seat of the pants enginering"? If you still have pants AND a seat - your doin fine!

Please please please God let there be a video camera around on that Honda's maiden run...err, flight....whatever.

That bracing on the back makes me think that little jet's going to launch through the front windshield on ignition.
