Looking for good pics of the ford Lightning pace truck, especially one that might show the hood a little bit. Its white, gray, and orange flags........

Pardon my ignorance... would those be this year's trucks? If so I'll getcha a few head-on shots this weekend at LB. If not... never mind (nyuk, nyuk, nyuk).

I believe these were from the '99 or '00 timeframe.

It had been solid red. I dont know what year the truck itself is, But it would have been at 2003 and 2004 races for sure . I have one pic , but dont know how to post it here. I can link to a pic, but cant seem to post a pic from my desktop.

OK. I know the red truck was used ~'00, so the grey one must be from ~'03 when Coz took over as the sole engine mfg.

BTW, only linkies from Web sites can be used for images here. :(

I know where he can get a couple of pictures of the old trucks, but with some really cool people in them!!! ;)

Here is one I took at Vegas while we were waiting in line for our pace car rides. My ride was in the truck. Very :cool:

AWESOME!!! thanks! This is better than my pic, as it shows the glossiness! I got to drive that truck around the lot a few times....Nice power :)
