I post at a Honda road racing/auto-x forum that is frequented by alot of NASA competitors, and one of them posted pics from Mid-Ohio this weekend. I've never seen racing conditions like this before!

Considering that you can get a better view at the dollar ballet any night of the week and those guys were racing, I doubt that they'd be interested trading places with you. :p

No surprise...

I did my second SCCA driver's school @ 20 years ago @ MO in May and it snowed  Only about a half inch of accumulation but it really F'd up Sunday's schedule.

Ohio weather SUCKS - whatever time of the year you choose

Funny, my brother did one years ago at Summit Point in similar conditions. Since the car did not have a choke we had to choke it by putting our hands at the carb intake.

A friend of mine did exactly two laps before he pulled off because the conditions were too bad (water runoff, etc.). His car is the blue Miata that was covered in snow in that gallery.

Oh well, you know what they say. If you don't like the weather in Ohio, wait 5 minutes and kill yourself.

Hmmm, kinda seems like scheduling a race in PA in April. Racing roulette.... :shakehead

I can name two, but even an August date couldn't save Naz. :(
