Its not structurally sound, and has water leaking through in many spots.

I drove home an engineer (I have been working for a towncar service) a month ago, who was brought on as a consultant for the Feds, examining the "big dig".

He didnt say it directly, but implied to me that it was a disaster waiting to happen, and that it was the worst organized project he had ever laid eyes on.

I saw the special on History or Discovery. That thing looks pretty cool. Thought they would have considered leaks a little more than this though.
