I now understand why F1 will never be successful in the US. 75% of the article talks about long dead actors, studio wankers, NASCAR and a failed TV deal that they claim is sort of like an old CART TV deal. Ok, have we rubbed a rabbit tail and knocked wood yet? We're gonna need too!

Come on really... and from a company named DIC? :rofl: Should have named this company Azzolds LLC instead.

Network F1 is simply an invitation to local affiliates to screw up the end result for the small number of hardcore fans that actually watch these races. If this means not airing the races live, it sucks. If it means airing it live with re-airing later it might be OK. The affiliates are unlikely to pre-empt anything airing a 4am.
