Some pics from the FW27 launch are up. I am not entirely sure but it looks like they might have gone back to single keel from the pics but then there is a reason I don't like eye chart tests.

nice rig.

a bit bland on the colorscheme, but those chimneys make up for it.

Still think the Renault takes the cake so far...

The intake on top of the side pods reminds of the siphon sticking out of an octopus. Just my opinion of course. :gomer:

Please, let's not show a picture of THAT part of an octopus.

It looks like they put winglets on the Q.E.II

It's nice to see the car without bargeboards. I hope it will stay like that. I would ban them, they have soiled the appearance of F1 cars for over a decade now.

...just when I get my latest issue of F1 RACING in the mail with an article on the 73 most beautiful F1 cars....too many things sticking out on the current cars IMHO... but I may get used to it eventually.

mmmm. interesting crop of cars this year. the williams is the best looking overall IMO. stacks do seem a bit overlarge.

the little flick-ups on the rear wing are sweet.

hope it's fast

Can't really tell, but it looks like there might be twin keels in the first shot.

Looks like double wings on the airbox.

Didn't the Sauber have a double front wing?

I'm sure I will adjust like every year, but millions of $ in the wind tunnel comes up with some funky stuff.

With all of todays micro camera technology, they still insist on monstrosity mounting. It does add downforce though. ;)

BTW, it makes me feel old that it's been eight years since Williams last championship.

Spicoli, believe it or not I was trying to download pictures of various octopods for my son, who's 6th-grade assignment in school is to talk about mollusks and while I was doing that I saw the pics of the new Williams and therefore thought the resemblence was funny at least to me.

Been smokin' nothing.
