The return policy has one caveat to be aware of. "Items that have been removed from their plastic wrap cannot be returned unless they are defective."
So, be sure to leave the wrap on the first time you use it!

Going into the stands is stupid. There's security at events for a reason. Any player who leaves the playing area (field, court, whatever) to go after a fan should be suspended forever - maybe longer. I don't care what the fan is doing, let security deal with it.

As for fans who enter the playing area - they're fair game. Ask Monica Seles about crazy fans running onto the court. If you enter the playing field, you should expect the athletes to view you as a threat, and to respond accordingly.
