The Toronto Sun reports that Champ Car driver Alex Tagliani has agreed to a three-year contract extension with Rocketsports Racing.

"I have agreed to a three-year deal," Tagliani told the paper. "(Owner) Paul (Gentilozzi) and I worked it out in Mexico and shook hands on it."

The real good news in all of this is simply that between this deal and the 3 or 4 year (can't remember the number) extension of Toronto's contract, one can assume that Champcar will be around for a few more years :thumbup:

Lolas...

as for Tag while hes not the best driver out there I think he has potential to be fast, and hes a super nice guy whos a Champ Car stalwart, someone I seroiously doubt wed have to worry about leaving.
