The Weekly Standard, not exactly known for letting facts stand in the way of what they print.

I like how it ignores the fact that the US Revolution was won for one reason alone, the French.

Okay, you've got to give the French Navy some credit for their role at the Port of Yorktown (?) in The Revolution, 220+ years ago, in the age of wooden boats, and round cannon balls, and soldiers wearing funny hats...

But just like in sports, the question I have for the Frenchies is "what have you done for me lately?"
