A free coupon book is now available for race-related events, automotive services, and performance-oriented products at participating Denver-area Firestone Tire and Service Centers, Peerless Tyre stores, as well as participating TiresPlus locations. The coupon book is available while supplies last and includes a coupon redeemable for free admission to the racetrack on Aug. 13 and 14.
Activities on Aug. 13 include the provisional qualifying for the Champ Cars on Bridgestone Potenza racing tires; the opening of the Bridgestone Blizzak Chill Zone inside the Pepsi Center; a free autograph session inside the Pepsi Center with Champ Car drivers; and a fun-filled ice driving competition featuring several Champ Car drivers and other celebrities. The Blizzak Chill Zone events are open to anyone attending the race activities throughout the weekend.
The Blizzak Chill Zone offers fans the opportunity all weekend long to relax in air-conditioned comfort inside the Pepsi Center, and to watch or participate in ice driving exhibitions demonstrating the Blizzak tires with professional drivers from the Bridgestone Winter Driving School. Consumers who attend the tire demonstration event on the ice rink will not only get a great education on winter tires, but will also receive a free lift ticket to Steamboat Ski Resort, while supplies last.

On the rink, consumers can test their limits as they pit an all-season tire against the Bridgestone Blizzak DM-Z3 ice tire fitted on identical Toyota RAV4 vehicles. Between driving sessions, consumers will also get the chance to take to the ice and skate on the same rink the famous Colorado Avalanche of the National Hockey League calls home. A sweepstakes will add to the overall festivities. Prizes include a trip to the Bridgestone Winter Driving School in Steamboat Springs, Colo., Bridgestone Blizzak tires and Carrera Sport sunglasses. While some restrictions apply, no purchase is required to enter the sweepstakes.
The Champ Car Fan Appreciation Activity Autograph Session runs from 4-5 p.m. inside Pepsi Center on Friday, Aug. 13. Several of the drivers, as well as some team owners and other surprise guests, will participate in the celebrity ice driving competition that follows the autograph session.
