Brasil wins Copa America... Kobyson has big hangover.

I watched the game with my fiance (brazilian...) out in newark, nj. it was a huge party! lots of brazilians live there. that game was so good. I still can't believe brasil pulled it out.

And so I missed Vancouver, but I had a blast watching the 'futebol' game.

and that was their "B" team... geezus. they've got some good stuff in their gatorade. or maybe it's the growing up and learning to play without shoes thing...

...from what i can tell, most of the nations were not using their full A squads. They're saving them for the World Cup qualifying tournament that should be starting soon.

Congrats none the less...I wish I had Brazilian roots just for the soccer celebrations!

The So. Cal. Vancouver race-viewing party shared a room with the futbol fans (we had the big screen and they had the bar TV). Judging by the cheering, they were all fans of Team Brasil! It was a little distracting but fun nonetheless. VALEU!!!! :cool:
