There was nothing contrived about the racing at the 19th annual Molson Indy Champ Car race this past weekend. You had 18 of the top road racers in the world, competing in front of over 72,000 people, in the streets of Toronto. For those who say street racing is nothing but a parade, apparently didn't watch the race on Sunday. I'm fairly confident that two of those people were Dean McNulty (dean.mcnulty@tor.sunpub.com) from the Toronto Sun and Dave Feschuk of the Toronto Star. T.O. Indy anniversary needs IRL, by DEAN McNULTY (http://slam.canoe.ca/Slam/Motorsports/News/2004/07/13/538238.html)

Firat time I read that. He's an idiot. He talkjs about how important attendance is. A little research would show you what kind of attendance shows up at IRL races. Toronto isn't Indy and they don't have a season ticket package with NASCAR. Hey Dean, if the question is attendance, then which series to choose is a no-brainer.

uHHH....hey ho Dean. Not only do the Canadian fans NOT want to see the earl, from what I hear, but Kasey Kahn DID slow down in front of Stewart Sunday. In fact, it appeared Kahn slowed very suddenly in front of Stewart. Does this guy actually pay any attention to anything in the racing world or just listen to second hand speak? :shakehead
