cleveland track improvements

this morning tag and the the two-seater were out at the cleveland track to take the local tv "out in the field" guy around for a few short laps (for the locals, it was obie shelton from channel 3). the dialogue was innocuous (and moderately irritating) enough, but i did notice that they appeared to have re-paved from turn 8 straight down through the pit lane area, in asphalt.

definately a good call. hopefully they put a good base down and it'll stay a little smoother than it used to be.

I watched that this morning. It was definately good PR. Advertising has been everywhere this week.

They are really promoting the race this year. I have even heard advertising on the radio here in Columbus. :thumbup:
