For the new teams to be announced

Do they get the opportunities to do some testing before the season begins? Because if not, they are going to be uncompetitive. Already, the teams that have tested in Sebring, Laguna Seca, and at spring training have the advantage. All that testing is going to help once race day comes around.

I suppose they could get a special dispensation form the Pope of Real Racing and Real Sport. ;)

Of course, a co-effort like Fittipaldi is supposed to be announcing to run with Bachelart means that the testing results of the teammate could be available.
