I just found out that I am definitely going to be performing before the ASA race at Mansfield Motorsport Speedway on June 5th. I mentioned before about the noise from the Outlaw Sprints last year, and although Railbird made me feel better about the cars not being as loud, I think I'm going to take some earplugs, just in case. So, not to sound dumb, but is ASA anything like the Hooters Pro Cup? I'm not really that familiar with them.

Thanks Brickman! :)

As a side to all this, if you want to have some fun that day, bring your car and enter it in the show at noon, it cost $8.00, but the money goes to the Critical Incidence Response Team of the F.O.P., and regardless of whether you have a street rod, import or just a family SUV or wagon, you get free admission to that nights racing. Not a bad deal considering admission to the race is $12.00!! Plus from 12-4 you get to be entertained by your favorite DJ! (ok I'm pushing it here!) If you need more info go to Cops and Rodders (http://www.copsnrodders.com/car_shows.htm)
