I haven't watched Spike much lately (or much at all, for that matter). Have they been showing any champcar promos for Long Beach? I still see nothing yet on the website other than "Champ Car Racing" listed on the sunday schedule.

I hope they show something on the website.... it's like it doesn't exist.

Their website does seem to have problems:

A friend of mine thought it was on at 1PM PST....since it says 4PM EST....oh great we have a problem on our hands if casual fans can't figure out that stupid system they use....how nice of Spike not to let people know it is 4PM EST and 4PM PST.

Actually it was on at 4 EDT not 4 EST.

nit-picking, I know.

All I know is Spike's broadcasts of the races on cable are supposed to be on at 4.00 pm local time (i.e. each time zone).

As far as I can tell DirecTV, except for local and regional channels, provides the east coast feed for the west coast so races here should be live at 1.00 pm PST.

Don't make me come over to you house to figure it out for you though. I have to draw the line somewhere. :p

In the time warp that is Indy the Spike broadcast was at 3:00p so check your listing well.

I watched it on HD at a bar and taped the Spike coverage for comparison.
