Race Director? Must be the new live timing? Streaming video maybe?

I heard the feed will be free for LB, after that it will be $10 a month and free on HDNet.

I also did not see any popups. Mozilla is great.

I had to enable popups for cart.com.

It sure looks like OWRS is paying a little bit of attention to us fans needs. :thumbup:

i guess the reason they're calling it 2.0 is it's CHAMPCAR 2.0, as opposed to the old CART pages by quokka (?).

i think i'm the only one who actually liked the old CART site by quokka (visually, anyway). a must admit that i like the features of the newer sites better.

They said it would be launched today. They didn't say when today it will be launched.

They have until 11:59PM. Then they can start playing timezone games. :)

if they want to make in the last possible place (right before the international date line). :)

Yeah, I remember that site....much better suited for the current broadband age. The Quokka site has been dead for quite some time (~3 years). Quokka Sports died in the .com purge of '01ish. The current site (@ least for now) is an ASP (Microsquish) site. Based on the use of the name Director, I assume that CCWS will be using Flash in some form or another. Just my $.02 from Web site development background of 8+ years.
