Bridgestone Reaffirms Commitment to Champ Car World Series

I'm sure everyone has read this by now, but I thought I would post it as a talking point. I am rather surprised that this wasn't announced at the LB shindig, but it is a very welcome announcement none the less. There was a little talked about rumor a month ago that said Tony's crew was trying to talk Bridgestone out of Champ Car. The cause of the delay perhaps?

Has Ford given their "powered by Ford" participation announcement? I'm assuming that last years logo will carry over.

Actually, I think there was some litigation money that had to be payed before they would announce.
