Have you seen this man? Charles A. McCoy Jr. is wanted on charges of felonious assault in connection with the highway shootings around Columbus. Evidently he's wanted specifically for a shooting where a house was hit, and his car matches the description of vehicle seen at the scene of several other shootings - a dark green Geo Metro with a black hood. Driving a Metro should be a felony in and of itself.
