Red, 36K on the clock, and less than half of what a comparable one is going for on e-bay...... I pick it up Friday afternoon.

Time to drop the top and enjoy that mid life crisis

Actually, it will be nice to get the wrenches (er, spanners) out once in a while. You don't do that too often having Toyotas for almost 20 years!

Besides, who really wants a spotless driveway?

I used to push around a GT6 way back when. I think it was a fun car. The last person who actually was lucky enough to drive it under it's own power seemed enthusiastic! :gomer:

Seriously, congrats....they're fun little cars!

Rip the fenders off and call Forsythe, he may have a grid position for you.

You should write Peter Egan for advice!

Good Luck, you will need it

I don't know if I know how to post a pic, but this link should get you to one
(WARNING: Horrible wire wheel cover alert! - Be assured, they will be off the car before I leave that driveway)

Looks good, but I'd bring in an Exorcist to deal with those wheel covers. Yikes!

I used to drive a TR6. Gotta love Lucas electronics and Girling brakes. The 70's weren't the high point of British import cars.

Cool weekend car...but there may be a reason for the low mileage...Hint: Why do the English drink warm beer? Lucas Electrics

Just got the beast home. Wotta ride. :saywhat:

Of course, the brakes need to be bled, and as for the heater.... well, the switch is really good looking!

Fortunately, I don't need to rely on this car for daily transportation. I learned that lesson from an '82 Turbo Fiat Spyder!

and BTW, the wheel covers have been sent back to Hades, from whence they came...... :flame:
