TV Alert For Canadians

I've been waiting for 6 or 7 months...... but

For those in Canada, Food Network Canada will be broadcasting an episode of 'Chef At Large' with Michael Smith, which was recorded at last year's Molson Indy Toronto. The episode takes place tuesday, Feb. 11th at 1 pm. The episode will undoubtably be re-run.

Michael spent time with the Newman Haas team and their hospitality chef. It was announced by theevent that Michael was taping an episode, there at the track, although I didn't see him. (which is surprising, since it's hard to miss a 6'8" guy with checkered chef pants. :) )

It was a good episode. Got to see some ideas of what the drivers and teams eat, and it also gave a neat 'behind-the-scenes' look at a race weekend.
