RM also made a comment that Monday (today) was going to be a crucial day in this process as well. I think it's when CART decides on which bids or parts of bids it supports. Is that correct?

that's what it seem to be .... NOT what's best for racing (oh well).

What I'm really curious about is whether da Judge will split up the assests or not. The opinion has been that it's all or nothing high bid time. IF that's true, then OWRS has it in the bag, and FTG will have to be really careful. If he "wins it all" he can't run any of the Champ Car races. Big 'ole lawsuit time, and it would only take one or two to inflict a lot of $$$ damage.
