The way Kevin lays it out, there is no way Judge Otte will do anything but judge in favor of OWRS.

These guys didn't get to where they are by wild speculation and luck. Here's hoping this will all be a bad memory soon enough and will make for interesting reading in the 2004 Champ Car season review.
