I assume there's no 2004 CART Autosport calendar since I haven't seen one anywhere.
Did anybody else pick up the rights?

The 2004 Autocourse calendar is in the latest Speedgear catalog, and available via their website. (motorbooks.com also has it listed.)

I generally buy mine through one of those two sources.
