Fiber is ALWAYS a good thing. Why in fact, nothing puts a smile on my face more than a nice piece of fruit. In fact, people tell me they notice a spring in my step, and I credit whole wheat bread and fruit. I haven't tried that Bran Flakes deal yet, but they say it's good.
