Since Trulli elected not to qualify, they can work on the car tonight, right? If it's raining hard tomorrow, that might turn out to be a wise move.

Should be interesting.

Trulli will either be a hero or zero come tomorrow's race. You are correct in assuming that the team can work on his car. So if it rains then I pick Trulli to win.

"This is an option you can use when it is useful to fill the car to the brim. That doesn't bring any advantage at Suzuka, because it is hard to overtake and for Jarno, it will be important to get some passing done on the first lap. That would have been impossible with a heavier car. What's more, bringing Jarno in before his timed lap allowed them to save two laps' worth of fuel." - Renault's tech. director.

This is almost the kind of grid that I've been waiting to see. Some of the faster cars and pilots getting screwed by a rain shower. Shumi 14th, and his little bro' 19th. Trulli fast on Friday, sucking hind tit on Sunday. Bummer about that. Toyotas up front. It would have been more interesting if there would have been a torrent start at about half way through the field.

Anybody want to bet that DC lets Kimi around him on the first lap? It's still going to be tough for Kimi to win considering Rubens and JPM on the front row, but the kid is going to hang it out, for sure. Shumi could easily gain his point, too. Especially if it is the least bit wet tomorrow (tonight?). This one's going to be fun to watch.

should be very intersting.

I might watch it, but I'll have to tape it to make sure I can remember what I watched.
