"Police were summoned, but never spotted the vehicle. Now they're looking for the con man, described as a 6-foot, slender white male with reddish-brown hair and glasses."

I know nothing. ;)

And since when is an F50 $700K+? They weren't even close to that much when they were new.

Maybe that is what you tell the insurance company when you let someone drive off in one of your cars. ;)

I don't live far from Algar Motorcars, and I have dropped in a couple times to "Oggle".

I'll tell you this guy must have been pretty slick, because a license is the BARE Minimum to test drive one of those cars.

Sales must be down to let EVERY rule be broken!

I can just imagine what was going through the salesman's mind on his return trip to the "Store".

BTW - How do you "QUICKLY" ship something overseas. And if it was done on a plane wouldn't SOMEBODY notice it??

If you and a couple friends worked at the dock, would you split $50K to get that thing in a container and on a ship to Dubai, etc.?

I kinda thought that.... But this caper had to be quite sophisticated with so many people involved.

Hope all the participants were paid, or this thing could unravel...

Definitely interesting though!
