We were getting complaints from a few of our regional service centers that our intranet was very slow at times. We found a nifty IP tracing software that's pretty fun for tracking IPs (it does DNS also) and all of the routing along the way, including real-time millisecond analysis from router to router. It a small download and has a 15 day trial. I don't know if WB would care for links to commercial sites so I'll save him the hassle.
