I like the comment that the "floor is pretty slippery over by our door". The guy just missed the rung.

Ahhh ok, well if there is any 1 out there with this ladder - I have some questions.. does it do this all the time, or only in front of camera's??

I think the really problem lies with the jackass on the ladder - too much Kool and he vissioned he could fly! (don't we wish tony had the same vizzion from standing on top of 1 of the IMS grandstand's ;)

Ooh that's gotta hurt....

We have 2 of those ladders--- Never had a problem

From what I see, He stepped down without looking and missed the rung.

He also had the ladder to straight up, and he was standing to high up to

You should never be higher up on a ladder than allows you to have the side rails as hand grabs or support.

He had nothing to grab onto once he misstepped. He should have extended it fully, which he didn't! Another 3 feet up and he could have broken his back! Well actually he could have broken his back at the height he was at .... Lucky, Lucky Him!!!

What was his rush? he probably should have had some training by the sales guy from the factory!

Note if you want to get on your roof, and its 20 feet off the ground, you should use a 24 foot ladder.... minimum!

Thus Endeth the Sermon!! ;)

Why not just a 17ft and then you reach the gutter from the top rung and pull yourself over the top

Well thats what being a climber does to you ;)
