Aha! Now we know BIF#'s real name. :D

A man who answered the phone at Huckaby's home in DeQueen, Ark., said he was working and wouldn't want to talk about the Web site.

They must have spoken with Buck.

Would it be wrong to rattle off a bunch of names I'd love to sue?

(feels a tight-gripped tug on the shoulder)

K, sorry, I won't.

The issue is a real one. If it's a site that turns a profit, or that brings people to a business site for the benefit of that business, and someone chases away their customers, then they have an actionable claim. Whether or not they can ever get anything out of some out of work deadbeat in a trailer park in Arkansas is debateble however. I can think of several more effective solutions...
