TB can relax, for a moment...So CART turns down the lowball bid, and "continues to search" for other buyers...but I don't think there's any others out there! So, does CART make a counter-offer first or does Open Wheel make a new bid? Either way, right? (That $1.00 figure someone mentioned looks pretty good)

There is no way any company would accept a bid under what the stock is trading for.
