I remember when he parked Townsend Bell at Toronto in 2002.
Townsend had been Indy Lights Champion the year before but had been driving like a wanker in CART that year.

Bell took out Bruno Junqueira at the end of Shoreline Drive and that was the last straw. The Safety Team restarted Townsend but when he got back to his pitbox Wally came on the radio and said, "That car doesn't leave the pits." I believe Bell found himself out of his ride the following week.
