I'll be glad to brew up some Speedway Ale for y'all IF you can do something about the heat!

I usually can't brew in the summer due to the lack of temp controls on my equipment, lagering area, storage area, etc. :cry:

I'm hoping for a "cooling trend" around the last weekend of September so I have a shot at a brew for Fontana.

If it all comes together, you are all invited to swing by the base camp at the track and hoist a pint or two with me!:D
