On New teams in 2004: Pook said several new teams have contacted the series about racing in 2004, including one former CART team now in the IRL. Pook said the former CART team was, "the only one we'd probably want back."

I wouldn't seeing Blair Racing come back to CART with Alex Barron providing they have a reasonable budget.

There was some talk that Mo Nunn was trying to round up money from CART to run Alex Barron in some races. He'd be the most logical suspect. The only problem is that he's never run his racing team without a manufacturer playing sugar daddy. First it was Mercedes, then it was Honda, and these days it is Toyota.
