That's incredibly sad news. As much hell as the drivers give him during the race, you can tell by their reactions on social media and in interviews that they really, really liked Charlie. He'll be hard to replace.

Very sad. Based on drivers comments - he certainly seemed to play that father figure to them in a sense. He was tough but they knew he always had their best interest and safety in mind. Big shoes for someone to fill.
