So my daughter, a senior in high school, texted me this link today and said, "Is this the race you told me about that one time?"
Memories flooded back. And not good ones.
Holy crap, it's been 20 years. :eek:
Turns out the article was an example of "good writing" :rolleyes: that they had to analyze for a test she was taking. I told her what I thought of the article. She said that's what she thought too, which I was proud of.
Either way, that was a bad day.
